adopting a new lifestyle that cuts out junk food that may have high calorie content and high sugar contents. By
doing so, they will be able to stay away from other conditions like diabetes and many others.
A healthy mind and body will be a perfect lifestyle for black women health and they will be able to have a high
self esteem as their confidence will be enhanced. Black women’s health will be enhanced by a positive outlook
towards life. Accepting the fact that they can be able to manage their weight will be a plus towards the
achievement of a more healthy them. They need to work with the fact that loosing those extra pounds is a
journey that will take several steps which will guarantee success. Success is a result of careful planning. For
them to loose weight, they must plan on a workable schedule that will help them get rid of Blood Sugar Count.
